Off-shift hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
This position also works every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
This position will start for 2 weeks from 7 am � 3 pm for training and then
will move to the assigned shift.

Helpdesk certification(s) (Customer Service Specialist - CSS, Help Desk Analyst
- HDA, Support Center Team Lead - SCTL)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
24 x 7 support for stores, offices and warehouse users. Need talented
individuals to expand the Support Center team. You will train on day shift
(7am � 3pm) for approximately 2 weeks.
This position works directly with clients to resolve software and hardware
problems remotely from the Blue Ash facility. This is an outstanding
opportunity to develop valuable technical and business skills as a member of a
world-class service organization. You will provide outstanding customer
service and communication skills. Working knowledge of PC software and
hardware is required. The training program and team environment will give you
the additional tools you will need to succeed.
This position will start out as an at least 3-month contract assignment. It
typically takes 6 months to learn all the applications supported at the Blue
Ash facility. Conversion to direct occurs typically between 3 months to 1
year.
