The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or the equivalent in
educational credits and previous Help Desk experience, but an extremely strong
customer service background combined with some computer support background will
be considered.

Helpdesk certification(s) (Customer Service Specialist - CSS, Help Desk
Analyst - HDA, Support Center Team Lead - SCTL)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
24 x 7 support for retail, office and warehouse users. Our client is looking
for talented individuals to expand the Help Desk team. This position will
train on day shift (7am � 3pm) for approximately 2 weeks.
This position will work directly with users to resolve software and hardware
problems remotely from a facility in Blue Ash. This is an outstanding
opportunity to develop valuable technical and business skills in a world-class
service organization. This position requires outstanding customer service and
communication skills. Working knowledge of PC software and hardware required.
Client's training program and team environment will give this position the
additional skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Shifts available:
1st: 8am � 4pm
2nd: 3pm � 11pm
3rd: 11pm - 8am
Our client is also willing to consider off-shift hours (i.e. 10am to 7pm).
This position is also required to work every other weekend (Saturday and
Sunday).
Must also be available for 2 weeks from 7am � 3pm for training and then able to
move to the assigned shift.
