The Corporate HR Business Analyst provides a combination of business, techn=
ical and product knowledge to support the PeopleSoft HCM system 8.9.=20

Responsibilities of this position include HR business needs evaluation, cos=
t justification, feasibility studies, functional design, application develo=
pment, custom reporting and application maintenance activities.  The HR Bus=
iness Analyst also works with Information Systems to ensure effective utili=
zation of the PeopleSoft HR product. =20
Key accountabilities include:=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Review, analyze and evaluate user procedures against HCM system=
 capabilities.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop functional specifications for HCM system design and/or =
development activities.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test pro=
cedures and quality standards.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Participate in the process of building system options, screen f=
lows and reports.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop test plans and scripts and conduct functional testing.=
=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Expand or modify the PeopleSoft HCM system to serve new purpose=
s or improve work flow.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop custom report specifications and documentation.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide users with assistance in solving system-related questio=
ns and problems.=20

Requirements_Qualif: =EF=BF=BD=09College degree in related field preferred.=

=EF=BF=BD=09Four (4) years experience with PeopleSoft HCM 8.0 or higher is =
required, 8.9 is preferred.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience through a full life-cycle of a PeopleSoft HR impleme=
ntation is required.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience as a functional lead on a large scale project (imple=
mentation or upgrade) is required.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09A clear functional understanding of recruitment, compensation a=
nd benefits is strongly preferred.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to develop custom reports using Query and Crystal is re=
quired.=20
