Principal Responsibilities:

Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the or=
ganization.=20
Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as indi=
vidual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, =
meetings and workshops.=20
Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration m=
odels, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.=20
Conduct corporate training sessions covering specified areas such as sexual=
 harassment and diversity training, etc.=20
Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training=
.=20
Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.=20
Develop strong relationship with all departments to develop course material=
s and receive feedback.=20
Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.=20

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as process and procedure manua=
ls.=20
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.=20
Ability to develop and proof training materials.=20
Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups =
of employees.=20
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete var=
iables in situations where only limited standardization exists.=20
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, =
diagram, or schedule form.=20
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as p=
art of a team. Ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of manage=
ment and employees.=20
Strong planning and organizational skills.=20
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.=20
