Cincinnati Ohio, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This exciting 
and  challenging opportunity will deal with a multitude of human resources 
issues including compensation analysis, employee relations, training and on the 
job development programs, recruiting and interviewing, maintaining statistics, 
analysis and reporting as well as legal compliance auditing. The uniqueness of 
the position is that the ideal candidate will have primary experience in 
finance/budgeting/analysis within human resources, with human resource 
generalist experience as a secondary function rather than primary function. A 
Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Accounting/ Finance (HR is 
acceptable), in addition to 3 to 6 years practical work experience with good 
tenure and references. Pay is in the $50k to $60k range, with an outstanding 
benefits package. This is a full-time permanent opening with an immediate sta!
