Responsible for assisting and providing functional support in the HR
department. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for proactively managing
and enhancing processes, programs and projects, ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness in delivering services. Position requires ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle all tasks with utmost discretion.

Requirements_Qualif: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process weekly payroll via Kronos in a timely and accurate manner while
ensuring that all payroll related documentation is appropriately distributed
and stored. Performs appropriate personnel changes and updates to the Kronos
system including but not limited to adding/terminating staff, employee
transfers, department changes, sign-on resets, and access levels changes.
Provides payroll support as needed to management including by not limited to
providing Kronos training.
2. Maintains information in our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
including data entry, audits, troubleshooting, and data scrubs.
3. Processes and creates various HR Reports on a regular/scheduled basis
and disseminates to appropriate personnel.
4. Maintains physical and electronic associate records utilizing various
software programs as need or as assigned, ensures that Status Changes and
Termination paperwork are processed in a timely manner.
5. Assists with coordination of badges, drug screens and background checks
for all new hires, temporary associates and employees. Coordinates visitor
badges/log as needed and provides support for various recruiting efforts,
including but not limited to phone screening, reference checking and
procurement of temporary agency staff.
6. Maintains and updates HR Generalist Guidebook and Power Point Loop as
required.
7. Ensures that PTO Grids are kept current and audited on a quarterly
basis for accuracy against operational departments.
8. Coordinates and provides back-up support for paycheck distribution with
Front Desk Receptionist.
9. Establishes work procedures and processes that support Company,
departmental, and compliance standards, procedures and strategic directives.
Develops, analyzes reports as required; makes recommendations.
10. Keeps team members informed of company information, policy changes and
compliance updates in a timely manner. Uses appropriate judgment in upward
communication regarding department or associate concerns. Utilizes discretion
with sensitive matters and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
11. Coordinates and organizes Quarterly Business Update meetings including
agenda, Employee of the Quarter, Birthday Cards, Service Awards, Perfect
Attendance and Gift Certificate Incentive programs.
12. Coordinates production of Company Newsletter on a monthly basis, and
crafts other forms of communication as required including but not limited to
maintenance of Organizational Charts, TV Monitors and Power Point displays.
13. Assists with Benefit Coordination and Open Enrollment processes.
14. Conducts audits of various payroll, reporting, gift certificate, or
other HR programs and makes appropriate recommendations based on findings.
