        Experience
        -Four or more years related experience in a finance or general 
accounting environment, including experience with 
        internal controls, GAAP requirements and concepts, and financial 
analysis.
        -Government accounting experience preferred including extensive 
knowledge of applicable federal regulations, 
        policies, procedures, circulars, and laws applicable to grant and 
contract activity including OMB Circular A-133.
        -Must also be able to interpret and ensure adherence to special terms 
and conditions of grant awards.
        -Thorough knowledge of the cost principles under Federal Acquisition 
Regulations (FAR) and the Cost
        Accounting Standards (CAS).
        -Minimum two years supervisory experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
        Computer Skills
        Strong working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, 
internet, and email.
        Other Requirements
        -Strong organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills.
        -Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written 
communication.
        -Ability to analyze fiscal data, summarize information, and present it 
in a logical format.
        -Work independently, resolve problems, and work with minimum 
supervision.
