administrative to technical to management.

Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidate must have:

- at least 5 years of direct recruiting experience in a manufacturing 
environment.  

- recruited all levels of positions and all types of positions including 
technical and engineering.

- must be able to commitment to the full length of the assignment (not be 
between jobs)
