Parkway, Middletown Ohio.  Applicants must report not later than 8:30 AM with a

Requirements_Qualif: Applications must pass the written test with a minimum 
score of 70% and pass a physical agility test to be scheduled later. They must 
also provide proof of enrooment in a paramedic program at application time or 
provide a copy of paramedic certification.  
Those who pass the written test and the physical agility test shall be eligible 
for one year.
