related equipment.  Assists in coordination and execution of facility equipment 
and improvement programs.  SOP creation/modification  Facilities Engineer will 
be hands-on engineer who will function as technical leader for the department.  
This position requires functional understanding of cGMP, QS, and ISO 
regulations and guildelines.
Manage vendor activities during design, fabrication, installation, 
commissioning and qualification.  Participate in the preparation and execution 
of UR, FAT, SAT, commissioning and IQ/OQ/PQ of pharmaceutical utility systems.
Monitor building environment through the use of enviromental monitoring and 
building control systems.  Perform unsupervised trouble shooting of facilities 
related systems, including:  Plant Steam systems, HVAC Sytems, Exhaust 
Systems,Hot Water Heating/Hot Water Circulating Pumps, Chillers/HVAC Chilled 
Water Systems, RODI Systems and WFI and Clean Steam Generation
Location: West Chester
Requirements_Qualif: BS/MS in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering a must.  A 
minimum of 5 years experience in facilities engineeering in a 
pharmaceutical/biotech enironment.  Knowledge of proper use of hand tools.  
Previous experience in clean room and 
GMP applications required.  Knowledge of validation philosophy and application 
required. Ability to work as a team. 
Ability to work with minimum supervision and posses basic leadership skills.
