JobDescript: 1st of 2nd shift.  Responsibilities include mold cleaning and 
preparation.  Reading and understanding manufacturing plans pertaining to layup 
operations.  Obtain material kits from the stockroom.  Apply materials to molds 
per manufacturing plans.  Demold cured laminates from molds and bag parts for 
cure.  Perform isostatic layup work using prepregnated fiberglass.  In 
accordance with those manufacturing plans, must be able to:  assemble hardware, 
obtain appropriate materials, maintain the documentation throughout the 
process, perform visual inspection of hardware, vacuum bag parts, and clean 
molds and tools.  Will be using a variety of hand and pneumatic tools, such as 
hand grinder, pencil grinder, DA sander and drills.  Will be using and reading  
measuring devices, such as dial calipers, thickness gage, micrometers, and 
scales.

Requirements_Qualif: The ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, 
specifications and manufacturing plans..  Have knowledge and understanding of 
quality policy and quality system.  Able to work as part of a team or 
independently, depending on the situation.   Must have good attention to 
detail, be neat and organized, and able to perform multiple tasks.  Must be 
able to use a wide variety of hand and/or pneumatic tools and measuring 
devices. 

Three (3) years experience with isostatic layup and prepregnated fiberglass a 
plus.
