Directory, Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008; Citrix; VMware; Terminal 
Services. Desired Certifications: Server +, A+, Network +, Microsoft MCP, 
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification, Microsoft Certified 
Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Skills: Excellent verbal 
and written communication. Strong organization and customer service skills.
