seeking an Engineer to assume plant managerial oversite as well as engineering 
functions.  Duties include:


�       General managerial oversite for the plant including:
�       Manufacturing
�       Maintenance
�       Quoting
�       Process engineering for manufacturing floor
�       Managing all capital planning
�       Identifying in implementing process improvements
�       Manage the RMA process and quality tracking measures
�       Analysis of returns including Pareto analysis and charting to identify 
areas for improvement
�       Interpret customer order to determine specifications needed
�       CNC equipment programming (CAD/CAM)
�       Evaluate and make recommendations for tooling to reduce costs
�       Oversees and assists in customer quoting
�       Other reasonably related duties as assigned 

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Hamilton/Fairfield)
Requirements_Qualif: Job Requirements:
�       BS/BA in Engineering
�       5+ years in mechanical engineering
�       5+ years in a supervisory capacity
�       Working knowledge of computer applications
�       Demonstrated skills at multi-tasking and prioritization
�       Demonstrated leadership skills enhancing relationships between 
manufacturing floor, office, and customers
