=EF=BF=BD Present in employer=EF=BF=BDs new hire orientation trainings

Requirements_Qualif: Core Competencies:
=EF=BF=BD An ability to understand and navigate the perspectives of both th=
e employer and employees is a must. Will more than likely work with the Hum=
an Resources department and/or department experiencing retention issues
=EF=BF=BDQuickly build rapport with entry-level employees in various indust=
ries
=EF=BF=BD Problem-solving
=EF=BF=BD Coaching
=EF=BF=BD Communication and listening
=EF=BF=BD Time management

Requirements:
=EF=BF=BD One or more years experience in human resources or coaching; bach=
elors degree preferred
=EF=BF=BD Transportation =EF=BF=BD based at employer=EF=BF=BDs site; headqu=
artered at Cincinnati Works
=EF=BF=BD Flexible work schedule to accommodate various shifts, Monday thro=
ugh Friday, 40 hours per week=20
