seeking to fill an Electronic Technician 1 position.  This employee performs a 
wide variety of semi-skilled electronic tasks of average difficulty on 
electronic and electrical subsystems such as general control circuits, 
telemetering equipment, data loggers, controls, recorders, and gauges; may be 
assigned to work on pneumatic system; work involves routine maintenance, basic 
troubleshooting, inspection, testing, repair, calibration, and removal and 
installation of components; normally uses basic and specialized miniature hand 
and power tools for electronic work; normally works independently, but may work 
in crews assigned for special projects.  Performs related duties as required.

Requirements_Qualif: APPLICATION, TRANSCRIPT AND DETAILED RESUME can be filed 
in person at the Human Resources Department, Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central 
Ave., Suite 200, Cincinnati, OH  45202.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be a graduate of 
a two-year electronic or electrical program from an accredited technical 
college OR have two years work experience in an Electronic Technician position 
AND have successfully completed 15 quarter credit hours of college-level 
electronic or electrical related courses OR completion of a four year 
electrical apprenticeship program administered by the Independent Electrical 
Contractors (IEC) of Greater Cincinnati may substitute for the 15 quarter 
credit hours.  The work experience must be in plant processing, 
instrumentation, or a related industry.  Finger dexterity to work with small 
tools electronic components.  All required experience must have occurred within 
the last five (5) years.  You are required to show your valid driver's license 
to the Human Resrouces Department staff NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE DATE FOR 
FILING APPLICATIONS.  Must be a Hamilton County resident at the time of 
appointment.  EXAM will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at
