JobDescript: �  Responsible for design of Electrical systems for 
multi-discipline projects, including power generation and distribution, 
lighting, communications, and fire alarm systems.
�       Research and analyze customer design criteria, specifications, manuals, 
and other data to evaluate the design feasibility, including design criteria, 
scope, estimates, and schedules.
�       Perform design calculations and prepare equipment, material, and 
construction specifications in support of the customer�s criteria.  
�       Specify system components and/or system modifications to comply with 
engineering design and performance specifications.
�       Read, interpret, and prepare studies, schematics, technical drawings, 
and technical reports.
�       Confer with project personnel, customer, and other resources to produce 
required deliverables. 
�       Research, evaluate, and maintain engineering tools, products, and 
processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

Requirements_Qualif: Education and Experience: 
�       BS in Electrical Engineering. An equivalent amount of relevant 
experience will be considered.
�       Minimum of 5 years experience in Electrical Engineering, with 
experience in HVAC design for commercial office and industrial buildings, 
industrial / manufacturing plants, and warehouses. 
�       Must have knowledge and experience in high/medium voltage electrical 
systems design. 
�       Must have knowledge and understanding of HVAC and utility systems 
equipment and components.
�       Registered Engineer is a plus.
�       Building Systems Commissioning experience is a plus.
�       LEED AP Certification is a plus.
 
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
�       Working knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and their 
application to customer requirements.
�       Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in 
production of technical drawings.
�       Experienced with the AE design process and specifications leading to 
construction documents, with the ability to produce some design drawings using 
AutoCAD.  
�       Knowledge and understanding of NEC, NFPA, UL etc guidelines.
�       Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
�       Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for 
completeness and accuracy of work produced. 
�       Computer knowledge and at least light experience with AutoCAD 2007.
�       Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Excel, Word). 
�       Must be a self-starter, as well as a team player capable of interacting 
well with other team members, clients, and other contacts.
�       Strong interpersonal communication skills.
�       Good written and verbal communication skills.
