The starting annual base salary will be in the range of $80-90K and is
flexible depending upon experience.

JOB FUNCTION:
The Director of Immunology, Sales and Marketing will be responsible for
creating and executing an innovative sales and marketing team program which
will promote sales goals and increase sales capacity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Create and institute innovative marketing and sales programs which reflect
the current industry trends.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotion activities.
Assist in the development and training of sales personnel.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sales team, as well as
measurement tools for their progress.
Actively promote and secure sales with the intent of reaching or exceeding
monthly goals.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a sales tracking system that follows up on leads, prospective
customers, existing and former customers and provide report to senior
management of such activities.
Utilize both internal and external leads, including off-site visits to
promote the company and secure new customers.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Sales, Marketing or related field.
Excellent English skills, both written and oral.

 EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
Successful track record in sales and marketing.
Comprehensive understanding of Immunology.
Experience with Immunoassay products.

SKILLS:
Excellent customer service skills and philosophy.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, aggressive, goal-oriented, enthusiastic,
passionate about sales, personable, and exceptional inter-personal skills.
Excellent English skills in both comprehension and expression.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to independently and creatively solve problems in a timely manner.

Dedicated, hard working and organized.
Excellent work ethics.
