2,000 adults aged 60 and older. COA has 210 employees and an annual budget =
of nearly $73 million.

=EF=BF=BD=09Implements strategic plan initiatives, either directly or indir=
ectly, within parameters of the strategic plan
=EF=BF=BD=09Leads organizational development initiatives
=EF=BF=BD=09Compensation strategy development
=EF=BF=BD=09Staff development and training
=EF=BF=BD=09Staff recruitment=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Human Resources Policy development and administration
=EF=BF=BD=09Employee relations
=EF=BF=BD=09Provides leadership and direction to the human resources staff
=EF=BF=BD=09Benefits administration
=EF=BF=BD=09EEO, FLSA, FLMA, AA, and ADA compliance and reporting

Requirements_Qualif: Qualifications
=EF=BF=BD=09Graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Labor and Employ=
ee Relations, Business or Health Care Administration, Organization Developm=
ent or related field.

=EF=BF=BD=09Willingness to be hands-on (tactical)
=EF=BF=BD=09Non-profit and/or governmental experience required
=EF=BF=BD=09Must have at least four years of experience in a senior-level h=
uman resources position
=EF=BF=BD=09Proven experience demonstrating initiative and innovation
