l abilities, mentoring & coaching, work flow planning, and conducting perfo=
rmance evaluations for team.

Qualifications for Director of Information Technology:

=EF=BF=BD=09Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree in IT field (Computer Science/Enginee=
ring, MIS, etc) from accredited institution.
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum of 5 years clearly in IT leadership-management roles wi=
th business process expertise.
=EF=BF=BD=09Preferred Media Agency experience involving the adoption of IT =
best practices such as Microsoft=EF=BF=BDs Sharepoint, other work flow tech=
nologies and dashboards to drive IT performance.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Have a thorough understanding of SharePoint and serve as a glob=
al SharePoint administrator.
=EF=BF=BD=09Solid, extensive experience in one or more aspects of technical=
 infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommun=
ications networks).
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in evaluating key systems/processes, such as enterpr=
ise resource planning, data administration, capacity planning, business pro=
cess software, system security, continuity business plan, and emergency pre=
paredness.  =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Advanced project management skills training and experience in s=
uccessfully managing a major project, which integrates multiple business ar=
eas or systems.  Demonstrated ability to set objectives & goals for self & =
team, and develops tactics to achieve them.
