 to order diagnostic tests, electronically prescribe medications and view c=
linical and administrative information from a patient-centric repository. T=
he Care360 solution has been deployed in more than 40,000 physician offices=
 in The United States.  The Care360 Physician Portal is an internet solutio=
n available to users 24x7.

Principal Responsibilities:

=EF=BF=BD=09Plans, directs, and reviews activities of the Care360 Support g=
roup, including help desk and vendor partner support.  The help desk provid=
es Tier 2 level support services and is held to service metrics including, =
but not limited to, ASA and Abandon Rate.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Provides Problem Management services as needed for system issue=
s or outages, including issue remediation facilitation, field communication=
, and appropriate reporting and/or follow-up.
=EF=BF=BD=09Sets and manages customer response levels for MedPlus and all v=
endor partners.
=EF=BF=BD=09Plans, directs, and reviews activities of the Care360 Base Enro=
llment group, providing account and user provisioning services.  This group=
 is held to service metrics including, but not limited to, processing turn =
around time.
=EF=BF=BD=09Acts as quality assurance representative for the customer.
=EF=BF=BD=09Manages all aspects of the call tracking systems.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Creates and maintains service agreements that support the busin=
ess model.
=EF=BF=BD=09Participates in strategic and budget planning.
=EF=BF=BD=09Works closely with other operations and development representat=
ives to investigate and provide solutions for customers.
=EF=BF=BD=09Works closely with Quest Diagnostics=EF=BF=BD Business Unit Sal=
es and IT staff to define and implement appropriate enrollment processes fo=
r Care360 Portal products.
=EF=BF=BD=09Participates in planning activities for opportunities for non Q=
uest Diagnostics utilization of the Care360 Portal.  This includes defining=
 and implementing appropriate support and enrollment processes.
=EF=BF=BD=09Prepares and delivers training to Quest Diagnostics and non-Que=
st Diagnostics partners on the administrative tools and troubleshooting tec=
hniques necessary for these parties to support their customer=EF=BF=BDs imp=
lementation of Care360.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong analytical skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09Good oral and written communication skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09Must be able to effectively communicate with all customers as w=
ell as sales and technical staff from MedPlus and from other vendors.
=EF=BF=BD=09Must have strong communication and training skills and be able =
to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and netw=
ork support for multiple users.
=EF=BF=BD=09Proven customer service skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong knowledge of Hosted applications (ASP model) and interne=
t technology.
=EF=BF=BD=09Must understand configuration and troubleshooting processes for=
 software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
=EF=BF=BD=09Must be able to resolve conflicting priorities
