Requirements_Qualif: Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational developmt.,
management or closely related field--Master's and SPHR/PHR certification
preferred. Ten years HR exper. w/ emphasis on employee development. Backgrd in
union environment, demonstrated ability to build human capital and ability to
effect culture of an organization.
