 predicts impact of a change in an assigned system.
=C3=BF Reviews proposals that consist of objectives, scope, and user expect=
ations. Gathers facts, analyzes data, and prepares a project synopsis.
=C3=BF Applies basic knowledge of computer equipment operation, with compet=
ence in console and peripheral equipment operation.
