Education: BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or 4 years of 
technical server operations experience. 

Desired Job Knowledge: Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2000, 2003, 
and 2008; Citrix; VMware; Terminal Services. 

Desired Certifications: Server+, A+, Network +, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft 
Certified Systems Administrator certification, Microsoft Certified 
Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. 

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organization and 
customer service skills.
