Job Duties:

ecast by:  month and product family.
=EF=BF=BD=09Maintain and communicate process performance against metrics (e=
.g. forecast accuracy,
=EF=BF=BD=09inventory aging)
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop statistical baseline forecast based on historical infor=
mation
=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinate sales input from customer into sales forecast drive =
sales forecast consensus among sales, finance and operations.
=EF=BF=BD=09Maintain MTO/MTS product designations with input from sales.
=EF=BF=BD=09Set cycle and safety stock levels for FG and WIP based on econo=
mics and service   level targets in coordination with sales, production pla=
nning.
=EF=BF=BD=09Determine needs for anticipatory inventory builds (e.g., for a =
promotion or new product introduction).=20

=EF=BF=BD=09Must be able to gather market data using research tools.  Must =
also be able to apply statistical analysis principles/methodologies to make=
 recommendations. =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum 3 years experience in budgeting, forecasting and schedu=
ling.  Cross functional work experience(s) in multiple major areas preferre=
d.  Such areas include:  Accounting, Product Engineering, Quality, Manufact=
uring Operations, Warehousing and/or Distribution, Production Employee Supe=
rvision, Supply Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and Industrial Engi=
neering.
=EF=BF=BD=09College Degree with emphasis on Statistical Analysis strongly p=
referred.
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge in all aspects of Inventory Control and Demand Planni=
ng.
=EF=BF=BD=09Understanding of the Order Fulfillment Process.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong analytical skills and skill in interpersonal communicati=
ons, negotiation and conflict resolution.
=EF=BF=BD=09Understanding of sales and operations planning process, statist=
ical demand forecasting, and integration of demand plans and related supply=
 plans.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, =
Project, and other Microsoft tools.
=EF=BF=BD=09CPIM or CIRM certified from (APICS), American Production Invent=
ory Control Society, and plus.

Salary:  60-70K
