r job proofs where they will see that art work, colors, etc. are what the c=
ustomer requires and that production and others understand customer require=
ments on job orders (candidate does not need graphics arts background; this=
 can be taught).
=EF=BF=BD=09strong interpersonal/people skills
=EF=BF=BD=09strong computer skills
=EF=BF=BD=09needs to be a detail oriented person.
=EF=BF=BD=09graphic arts/printing experience would be nice, but this can be=
 learned.  The above items are higher priority.
