?       a person who has or can develop problem solving skills vs. just an 
order taker.
?       someone who will take ownership of accounts, who will take 
responsibility for them.
?       a mini-project manager at times, especially relative to customer job 
proofs where they will see that art work, colors, etc. are what the customer 
requires and that production and others understand customer requirements on job 
orders (candidate does not need graphics arts background; this can be taught).
?       strong interpersonal/people skills
?       computer skills
?       graphic arts/printing experience would be nice, but this can be 
learned.  The above items are higher priority.
