currently seeking an experienced call center Customer Service Representative 
for our E-Commerce team located in Milford, OH.

This position will be responsible for handling all inbound customer inquiries 
related to e-commerce/non-credit customer service through email, phone and 
letter correspondence. Additionally, this position may be responsible for 
reviewing and researching fraud alert activity and recommending appropriate 
action, performing QA audits on staff emails, and preparing daily operational 
reports. 
Location: Milford, Ohio
Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and 
written communication skills, attention to detail, demonstrated accuracy, and a 
high level of analytical problem solving.  E-Commerce experience is preferable. 
This position requires previous call center and data entry experience as well 
as flexible work hours to include evening and weekend schedules.  A HS diploma 
or GED is also required.
