currently seeking an experienced call center Customer Service Representative 
for our E-Commerce team located in Milford, OH.

This position will be responsible for handling all incoming customer inquiries 
involving tracking orders, online policies, and merchandise. This position will 
also provide input to customer issues, log inquiries in detail, follow up on 
open events and advise customers of merchandise availability.

Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and 
written communication skills, strong attention to detail, a high level of 
accuracy, ability to apply logical and analytical thinking skills, and a 
proficient understanding of computers.
This position requires strong knowledge of the internet and previous call 
center and data entry experience, as well as flexible work hours to include 
evening and weekend schedules. Billingual skills (English/Spanish) are 
desirable.A HS diploma or GED is also required. Candidates will be asked to 
complete a writing proficiency sample during the interview process.
