=EF=BF=BD=09Under direction of MFA, accurately maintains all applicable acc=
ounting records in accordance with policy and GAAP
=EF=BF=BD=09Prepares and posts GL entries, monitors accounts and prepares c=
omplete and accurate account reconciliations on a monthly basis
=EF=BF=BD=09Prepares monthly bank recs, account recs and related schedules
=EF=BF=BD=09Assists MFA is monitoring project investments and required comm=
unications to investment contacts
=EF=BF=BD=09REQUIRED:  BA/BS Accounting/Finance/Bus Admin, 5-yrs prior exp,=
 knowledge of partnership accounting
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong attention to detail, EXCELLENT time management skills, a=
bility to multi task, sense of urgency, flexible
