Chester! This person will analyze, submit, and reconcile charge-backs; Create 
"exceptions" for chargeback resubmission after payment rejection; Analyze and 
send chargeback resubmissions to manufacturers; Maintain relationship with 
manufacturers who receive chargebacks; Interact with accounts payable regarding 
chargeback credit memos; Monitor and analyze sent chargeback claims and aging 
on chargeback resubmissions; Load new contracts into computer system; Audit 
contract information for expiration dates, pricing, contract numbers, etc; 
Audit GPO small group membership and pricing; Communicate any chargeback or 
small group audit issues to Contract Supervisor . Add pricing to accounts; 
Validate GPO membership for new customers; Update pricing for GPO price books. 
Location: West Chester
Requirements_Qualif: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
Basic accounting and finance principals must be understood. 
Experience with Goldmine is a plus, but not required.
