help us continue this growth.  We are currently searching for a Senior Dist=
ribution On Demand Improvement Advisor to join our Consulting Engineering G=
roup. This individual will perform the consulting engineering directly rela=
ted to distribution process re-engineering, material handling automation an=
d information systems (WMS). This person will conduct quantitative analysis=
 of material flow, information flow analysis, facility throughput, operatio=
nal productivity, product mix and profiles, and cost/benefit of existing me=
thods of client operation with the ability to develop practical, proven mat=
erial handling and information processing solutions.=20

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
=C2=B7=09Provide consultative engineering directly related to process re-en=
gineering, material handling automation and information systems (WMS) for d=
istribution applications.
=C2=B7=09Conduct quantitative analysis of material flow, facility throughpu=
t, operational productivity, networks, product mix and profiles, and cost/b=
enefit of existing methods of client operation with the ability to develop =
practical, proven material handling and information processing solutions.
=C2=B7=09Provide consultative sales support to prospective and existing cli=
ents.
=C2=B7=09Ability to present technical solutions, including supporting justi=
fication and documentation, to upper management.
=C2=B7=09Ability to generate Project Specification Documents including prop=
er equipment selection, accurate pricing, and applicable layouts.
=C2=B7=09Ability to prepare Proposals, estimate consulting hours, and devel=
op project timelines.
=C2=B7=09Use personal computers and basic software (AutoCAD, Excel, Access,=
 Word, PowerPoint and Visio).
