d motivated individual to fill a Computer Systems Analyst position. MSD is =
in the process of implementing PeopleSoft=EF=BF=BDs Enterprise Financial Ma=
nagement, Enterprise Performance Management and Supply Chain Management mod=
ules, essential to support the management of MSD=EF=BF=BDs Wet Weather Impr=
ovement Program (WWIP).  These modules will need to be tightly integrated w=
ith the Cincinnati Financial Systems (CFS) and with MSD=EF=BF=BDs schedulin=
g and project management system, Primavera.  Ultimately, integration will b=
e performed with the Department=EF=BF=BDs work order system, leading to a c=
omprehensive Business Intelligence system.  Asset Management, Activity Base=
d Budgeting and Activity Based Costing are major goals in the MSD=EF=BF=BDs=
 business strategy. Future work may include integration with the Cincinnati=
 Human Resource Information System (CHRIS), the Department=EF=BF=BDs
GIS system and time keeping systems.

This position will be responsible for integration solutions between MSD=EF=
=BF=BDs  business systems and for developing/leading the development of cus=
tom application that cannot be fulfilled by off-the-shelf software.  Respon=
sibilities include identifying the data, application and infrastructure req=
uirements, developing detailed design specifications and work plans, design=
ing interface across multiple platforms, and creating necessary documentati=
on.  This individual must be a self-starter, work well in a team environmen=
t, and be able to demonstrate the following:

=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL tools (Ascential DataStage),=
 OLAP and data cubes.

, Net, WSDL and SQL
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to effectively communicate project objectives
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to identify and present solutions options that support =
well informed decision making
=EF=BF=BD=09Analytical and problem solving skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to translate business requirements and process models i=
nto workable technology solutions

The ideal candidate will have extensive background/knowledge in the followi=
ng programming languages: .Net, ASP.Net, Oracle SLQPlus, and Microsoft SQL =
and of some or all the following business: PeopleSoft, Primavera, Maximo an=
d ArcGIS.

y, computer programming, or a related field. OR Each applicant must have fi=
ve years of paid experience using XML, .Net, ASP.Net; and SQL languages for=
 Oracle and Microsoft SQL database plus an Associate degree preferably with=
 a major in computer science, information technology, computer programming,=
 or a related field.  All required experience must have occurred within the=
 last (5) five years. You are required to show your valid driver's license =
to the Human Resources Department staff NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE DATE FOR=
