Communications/Proposal Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help create proposals and assist
in our efforts to market our services.   Under direction from the sales
staff, this individual will review and respond to requests for bids, produce
proposals and supporting documents, prepare statistical reports and maintain
a comprehensive reference library.

Qualified candidates will have:
* Strong writing and editing skills.
* Excellent creative ability, capable of preparing compelling
presentations.
* Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under tight
deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail; able to work with a team.
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience in
desktop publishing software a plus.
* High tolerance for change is a MUST.
* Degree in Communications, English, Marketing or related field plus 2
or more years exp., or an equivalent combination of edu. & exp.
