ill include but are not limited to collection of assigned receivables, part=
icipation in continuous improvement program and other activities as assigne=
d by the Team Lead-Collections.  Will assist Team Lead with daily activitie=
s and assist in identifying and solving process and procedural issues.

Requirements_Qualif: =EF=BF=BD=09Responsible for the collection of assigned=
 receivable; manage large portfolios of commercial accounts by regularly ca=
lling on customers, interacting with the sales force and reconciling comple=
x account issues. =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Research and resolve extraordinary problems associated with col=
lection, lost payments, customer account and customer reconciliation and tr=
acing documents by initiating and facilitating appropriate action, to suppo=
rt customer satisfaction and to ensure current accounts.
=EF=BF=BD=09Routinely make 30-40 customer contacts daily
=EF=BF=BD=09Maintain and enhance positive relationship with customers, sale=
s and other departments and stakeholders.
=EF=BF=BD=09Assist in managerial reporting, account reconciliations, projec=
t participation and implementation.
=EF=BF=BD=09Assist in the month end close reporting process.
