Position Description:

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and 
implementing a program to ensure relations continue to grow with existing 
clients through innovative follow-up throughout the year and during renewals.  
In addition, relationships will need to be fostered and grown with brokers to 
create strategic partnerships.  This role will involve a great deal of 
coordination and oversight between proposal and marketing staff members to 
ensure efforts of both groups are connected and linked to communication pieces. 
 The Client Relationship Manager will drive obtaining testimonials from clients 
and ensuring they are placed on the website and updated on a regular basis.  
Overall, this role is one that connects the signing of a client to the 
long-term stability of maintaining a client for life.


Location: Cincinnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif: Requirements:
        3+ years customer relationship management experience
        3+ years of benefits experience required, experience with 
outsourced employee benefits preferred 
        Excellent organizational and time management skills and the 
ability to work with minimal supervision from an office detached from 
headquarters.
        Intelligent self starter with ability to learn new tasks 
quickly.
        Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office systems as well as 
other systems.
        Excellent communications skills including proven ability to 
build relationships with internal and external customers.
        Innovative and resourceful in identifying ways to do the job 
better for the good of the company.
        Demonstrated attitude toward being a team player and a desire 
to assist with team leadership.
        An interest in helping to build a company and being rewarded 
for it.
