identify, contact and obtain witness statements, photograph/preserve physical 
evidence as needed.
Properly document handling of all claim and litigated files
Evaluate claims to determine proper course of action (settlement or rejection 
of claim). Negotiate w/ claimants and attorneys to settle claims for reasonable 
amounts Monitor assigned claims and litigated cases; maintain sufficient 
reserves on open claims/litigated cases.
Prepare new lawsuits for transmittal to defense counsel; prepare draft 
responses to discovery requests; act as liaison betw. company and defense 
counsel; act as representative at depositions, trials and other proceedings.

Requirements_Qualif: Bachelor degree. AIC or ARM certific. helpful. MUST HAVE 3 
yrs. exper. adjusting liability claims (auto, personal injury and property), 
experience working w/ outside counsel, familiarity w/ Ohio tort law helpful
