JobDescript: -Perform and supervise engineering work relating to the design and 
construction of land development projects.
-Plan, design and direct civil engineering projects by managing and being 
responsible for the following:
1. Analyzing maps, drawings, terrain and topographical data as provided by the 
Project Surveyor in order to appropriately address the site's conditions
2. Designing projects based on the needs and criteria established by the 
client, review agencies, government agencies, utilities and site constraints
3. Working with the Project Managers and Administration for project scoping, 
estimating, scheduling and invoicing.
4. Working with the Project Managers, Technical Staff, Administration and 
Clients in a way which will promote the goals of team work, client 
satisfaction, continual improvement and profitability.
5. Coordinating with any local, state or federal agency that may be involved 
with projects.
6. Understanding zoning issues that may impact the design aspect of projects.
7. Preparing or directing the preparation and modification of project designs, 
reports, plans and specifications.
8.  Using CAD and other engineering/design software and equipment to prepare 
engineering design documents and reports
9. Communicating positively with clients and project team to affectively 
facilitate the project or task at hand.

Location: Cincinnati 
Requirements_Qualif: -Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
-Must be a licensed professional engineer in the state of Ohio in good standing 
with the Board of Licensure (or be able to reciprocate license in Ohio)
-Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a 
strong knowledge of land development issues including site grading, storm water 
management, sanitary sewer design and water line design
-Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Land Development/Civil 3D) and storm water 
modeling software (i.e., Pond Pack, Storm CAD)
-Excellent communication skills
-US Citizen
-Valid driver's license and daily personal transportation
