Job Description: Quality Control Chemist

Under the direction of the Quality Control Manager the position requires
routine (daily) quality control work, analytical method development, and
experience on a variety of laboratory instruments including: ICP, GC, IR,
UV-VIS, XRD, SEM and others.

Job Qualifications:

B.S. Chemistry
2 years Chemist experience or years Co-op experience
Analytical Method Development experience
Experience in qualitative and instrumental analysis (refer to above list)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Must have good written and oral communication skills
Capable of working with limited supervision and able to take direction well
Strong math and statistical skills
Troubleshoot analytical result/methodology for products and raw materials
Provide meaningful feedback to QC Management regarding progress of work day
