communicate with people of all backgrounds and life situations, offering hope 
and support to clients, possess problem solving skills, demonstrate initiative 
and can manage a quick paced work environment. Needs to be comfortable with 
data base management and developing program that matches skill sets to 
employment and career paths, multi-tasking skills, offer flexibility in 
managing workload, and demonstrate positive attitude as a team player. Passion 
to serve people living in poverty essential. Bachelor�s degree required and 
driver�s license required; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
BA or equivalent, experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook.
