Repair Development Engineer
CTL is a Cincinnati, Ohio based company that is looking for the right
individual to help initiate & develop new repair programs on commercial
aircraft, airframe & powerplant components while ensuring compliance with
all related FAA regulations.  To interface with customers & sales persons in
developing new repair programs & to provide technical direction to
engineering personnel in the creation of repair development programs.  This
person will also be a liaison between the sales department & new & existing
customers, helping to promote our repair programs with OEM's, airlines &
engine overhaul facilities.  Manage new repair development programs &
schedules.  Assist in determining pricing structure or feasibility of new
repair programs.  Write reports on new or potential repair development
programs.  Attend meetings as needed & interface with all levels of
management, staff & shop personnel.  Other duties may be added as needed.

The ideal candidate should have a BS Degree in a related engineering
discipline & 5-7 years of experience in the overhaul & repair
engineering/aerospace environment.  Have the proven ability to conduct
technical discussions with airlines, engine overhaulers & OEM's.  Must have
experience with CAD, spreadsheets & data processing software & have the
ability to research information in Prime Engine Manfacturers & airline shop
manuals.  Must have working knowledge of composite materials & welding.
