by the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board (LISW, LPCC, or LPC) or otherwise 
credentialed to supervise CPST services (MD, Psychologist or MSN). Position may 
require use of personal mobile phone. Valid driver's license and vehicle may be 
required.
