 to ECSS program through various initiatives, such as Business Enterprise A=

s ensuring requirements are mapped and a single position is presented to th=
e System Integrator.  Attendance ensures strategic vision is being met.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Prepares briefings to give to staff members on status of ECSS P=
rogram.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Provides change management activities to the Airstaff by utiliz=
ing briefings, web portal, etc.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinates with other directorates (A4M, A4I) to ensure collab=
oration and continuity regarding ECSS way forward.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinates with A4I to enable legacy system deconstruction eff=
orts.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Identifies SME support from MAJCOMS to validate and pass on to =
the LTO for ECSS requirements identification.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Prepares the LR community by providing operational and strategi=
c training as identified by the ECSS implementation office.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develops reports based on attendance at blueprinting sessions.=
=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Researches alternatives of analysis for current legacy environm=
ent.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Provides guidance to the client by developing position papers, =
bullet background papers, etc.  Clearly identifies way ahead for LR operati=
ons affecting the outcome of the ECSS program.=20

Education:  Requires a degree in engineering, computer science or similar d=
egree and 5-7 years experience.
Clearance:  Active security clearance is a plus.
