We are seeking candidates for our office in Cincinnati, Ohio that can ident=
ify and define customer requirements and to act as the focal point with dev=
elopment staff to meet objectives.  We are seeking several business analyst=
s for both the retail and hospitality sectors of our business. =20
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Requirements_Qualif: The right person does not have to be an IT expert, but=
 the position does require:

=EF=BF=BD        3+ years retail experience with exposure to Point of Sale =
or related retail/hospitality software applications
=EF=BF=BD        Being comfortable talking with other retailers and underst=
anding their issues and how to address them
=EF=BF=BD        The ability to take a discussion and convert it into a req=
uirements document =EF=BF=BD and communicate that need to others
=EF=BF=BD        An understanding of computers and how applications need to=
 work in a retail/restaurant setting
=EF=BF=BD        Experience in MS Word, Excel and Visio and can use them ef=
fectively to get your message across
=EF=BF=BD        Exceptional communication skills =EF=BF=BD listening and p=
roblem solving
=EF=BF=BD        Desire and ability to travel around 50% of the time (with =
peaks and valleys)

Skills which are highly desirable, but not necessary:

=EF=BF=BD        Prior experience gathering client requirements for softwar=
e development processes
=EF=BF=BD        Technical and development knowledge
=EF=BF=BD       The ability to perform system configuration of application =
being deployed
