Incumbent will collaborate with company resources who understand the business 
requirements to establish appropriate application change actions to meet their 
functional needs. Works with project leadership to implement new system 
functionality, improve system efficiency and resolve operational issues.

Requirements_Qualif: o Strong analytical problem-solving and trouble-shooting 
skills for applications in an Oracle 11i environment
o Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
o Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
o 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst in an Oracle 11i E-business 
environment providing functional support of the following modules:
--- Order Management
--- Depot to Repair
--- TeleSales
--- TeleService
--- CRM
o Proven ability to connect technical requirements (set-up's) in 11i to 
business requirements
o Proven experience in managing TAR's/SR's with a hosted 11i environment
o Experience/expertise in following the Oracle AIM deployment methodology
