improving the Billing process.

Requirements_Qualif: Associates in Accounting or Business Administration/ 
minimium 3 years experience or a combination of five years position specific 
education and or/experience. Expeience with Medicaid and HCCMHB policies and 
procedures. Knowledge of computer-based financial and accounts receivable 
systems and othet applications  in cluding word processing, spreadsheet and 
data base applications; mathmatical and analytical aptitude; ability to analyze 
problems, find solutions and implement changes and or improvements. Have 
Drivers license and car use for ocassional use.
