JobDescript: Our client, a major Cincinnati Corporation, is searching for a
fluently Bilingual English/Spanish Employment Practices Manager. Position will
be based in Cincinnati Ohio, and requires 30% to 40% travel. Pay is in the
range of $60k to $65k with excellent benefits. Position is responsible for
consulting with field HR team for development and execution of company-wide
Employment Practices programs/policies. You will assist the Director of
Employment Practices in establishing and implementing strategy for integrating
partners following an acquisition or union decertification. You will assist
with the development of new and maintain existing corporate policies.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif: Position is responsible for critical employment practices
and policies (50% of the job):(assist in developing practices and policies and
communicating them to diverse work force; consult with field on policies and
legal compliance issues, serve as corporate HR liaison to field HR managers,
GM's, and officers; involvement with acquisitions and union decertification (5%
of job); corporate complex issues (10% of job): consult with corporate HR team
on employment practices, organizational development, succession planning,
compensation, policies and procedures; review and make recommendations on
corporate policies to ensure legal compliance; Union Corporate Campaign (30% of
job): ensure the effective executive of the corporate campaign strategy;
coordinate resources designed to support the campaign including manager
training, labor audits, etc..
To be considered, candidate must be fluently bilingual; must have experience
with United States employment law practices and issues; must have experience
with general employment practices issues (rather than recruiting or benefits,
etc.), must have a Bachelor Degree, must be willing to travel. Relocation
