manufacturing company, has a career opportunity for an International Customer 
Service Manager. The position requires fully fluent English/Spanish skills. 
Responsibilities of the position include: management of the customer service 
function for the sales team, customers and distributors; managing, leading and 
developing a team of 5-10 top performing customer service representatives; 
providing strategic leadership for the Customer Service department and the 
Company; ensure tight deadline compliance through interaction with operations, 
shipping and sales; knowledge and hands-on familiarity with the technical 
aspects of order processing- you will need to be familiar with systems and 
software that support the sales and ordering processes; building and 
maintaining relationships with vendors, the sales team and external customers. 
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif: Requirements for consideration include: fully fluent 
English/Spanish skills, 8-10 years experience in leadership roles in 
international and domestic customer service in a manufacturing environment; 
experience managing both the process and international customer service 
representatives. Must be experienced in the order processing and delivery 
cycles of a manufactured product (rather than a service). Compensation in the 
mid- to high $60?s, plus bonus and benefits. Interested and qualified
