JobDescript: Merchants Bank and Trust is looking for a Full-Time Teller 
(approximately 36-40 hours) and a Part-time Teller (approximately 16 hours) to 
deliver customer satisfaction by courteous, accurate, and responsive attention 
in our Hyde Park Office.   The hours will be in the range of 8:30-5:00 Monday 
through Thursday and 8:30 to 6:00 on Friday.   

You will perform a variety of routine duties and financial transactions. You 
will serve as the primary interface with customers in a friendly and 
professional manner, providing exceptional customer service in response to 
customer needs and requests. 
Duties will include:
* Delivering extraordinary customer service 
* Receiving and paying out of monies and keeping accurate records of all 
transactions so that you can balance your cash drawer
* Following strict compliance and security procedures
* Cross-selling products and services
* Referring potential sales opportunities or more complex customer service 
issues to a manager 
  

Location: Hyde Park
Requirements_Qualif: REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle transactions accurately and quickly
* Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Computer experience necessary
* Preference will be given to those with flexibility to work additional hours 
when requested
* Previous cash handling experience is a plus
* Required to lift heavy coin and stand for a long periods of time

Candidates will be required to pass a background check including a drug test 
and credit history.
