MedPlus is looking for a self-starting, dedicated, high-energy individual t=
o fill a pre-entry to entry level Associate Integration Engineer position i=
n ChartMaxx Integration Services.   The Associate Engineer will be working =
with hospital customers and the ChartMaxx Professional Services team to imp=
lement and integrate ChartMaxx installations remotely from the MedPlus offi=
ces in Cincinnati.


Principal Responsibilities:
The Associate Engineer will be responsible for various tasks including:

Coding of custom RTF files.=20
Coding of custom SQL scripts.=20
Bulk loading database tables using SQL Plus scripts and ChartMaxx GUI funct=
ions.=20
Performing mass database and document loading procedures.=20
Running standard and custom database scripts and reports to validate input =
data.=20

Minimum Qualifications:
At minimum, the Associate Engineer will have the following qualifications:

Experience with Oracle, Informix, SQL Server, MySQL, or other RDBMS system(=
s).=20
Experience with word processing software (MS Word, WordPerfect, etc.).=20
Experience with spreadsheet software (Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, etc.).=20
Windows XP.=20

In addition, it is required that the Associate Engineer have one of the fol=
lowing:

Two or more years of coursework in pursuit of Bachelors Degree in Computer =
Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related discipline.=20
Equivalent secondary or post-secondary training in the above IS technologie=
s.=20
Equivalent job/=EF=BF=BDon-the-job=EF=BF=BD experience in the above IS tech=
nologies.=20

Desired Skills:
It is desired that the Associate Engineer will have experience in one or mo=
re of the following areas and/or packages:

Oracle SQLPlus SQL coding/programming.=20
Two or more programming languages, preferably Perl and/or VB6.=20
Microsoft Office.=20
UNIX system experience.=20
UNIX shell script programming (bash).=20
HL7, X12, and/or XML.=20
Healthcare IT environment.=20

In addition, it is desired but not required that the Associate have a Bache=
lors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related disci=
pline, or be in pursuit of same.
