indoor shooting range.  The sporting goods portion of the business sells 
firearms, safes, archery, and paintball.  Target World also conducts firearms 
and archery training.

The Assistant Manager position is a developmental position structured to 
ultimately prepare an individual for Store Manager Responsibilities.  The 
Assistant Manager is responsible for P&L management of assigned department(s) 
including staffing and training of store employees, controlling expenses, and 
maximizing sales.  Other key responsibilities include implementing 
merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, and promoting overall 
customer satisfaction.  An assistant manager typically works approximately 50 
hours per week and must be available to work on holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements_Qualif: Successful candidates will possess at least one year of 
management experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.  Must be 
self-motivated and able to work both alone and in a team leadership role.  
Retail experience in firearms, safes, archery, and paintball is a plus.
